Anastacia has heaped praise on Leona Lewis, claiming she has a “perfect” voice for music.

Anastacia said she is impressed by the current crop of British female artists.

“There have been such great singers who’ve come out in the last few years and it takes the pressure off me,” she told DS at the MTV Europe Music Awards.

“Amy Winehouse’s voice is wonderful and Leona Lewis is to die for. She’s just got one of those voices that’s perfectly aligned for music.”

   i wake up every morning thinking about leona will be on tv. I really love this girl, to me she is British best.continue the good work. waiting to see on x factor on saturday.
