X-Factor winner Leona Lewis is moving to America to launch her career over the Atlantic - and is taking her parents with her. The 21-year-old’s mum and dad have both quit their jobs to join Leona in Los Angeles when she moves their in March to record her debut album and pound the publicity trail. Leona’s dad Jo tells the Sunday Mirror, “Leona is number one and we are a team. We’ve supported her all her life. We’re planning to go out to America to keep an eye on things.” |

i wentn to the x factor concourt on the 17 march 07 i was brill i got a magzine and i bourght it to my school everyone went crazy even the boyz i was bored in maths and english so i read it insted of reading the book i was ment to he didnt realise though please dont go to the USA i listen to your music everyday u are the best winner out of the x factor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As much of a success Leona has been surely her parents need to realise the fate of almost every other X-Factor winner (and Pop Idol) and be a little more wary of dumping their jobs to live off their daughters fame and indeed paycheck.
