Leona Lewis is on crutches after falling from her horse, it was revealed today.

Leona required hospital treatment after suffering suspected torn ligaments in the accident in Los Angeles.

‘Leona was riding the day before New Year’s Eve and fell off when the horse started galloping too fast,’ a source told The Sun.

Despite the injury she was able to continue with her her New Year celebrations and attended a party at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
