Leona has begged nine-year-old Shannon – her No1 fan – to “come home’’. And she appealed for anyone with information to tell police immediately. Leona, 22, made the plea after Shannon’s family revealed her favourite song is the X Factor winner’s No 1 hit Bleeding Love.

The star said her heart went out to the youngster’s family who have not seen her since she vanished on the way home from a swimming lesson in Dewsbury, West Yorks, 10 days ago.

Leona said: “I urge anyone to come forward if they know anything about this. If Shannon is reading this then I urge her to get in touch with her parents and come home.’’
