Although Leona has now topped the charts across the world, the 22-year-old wasn’t able to buy a house that she really liked because the property is too expensive.

A pal revealed how she recently put in a £500,000 offer for a three-bedroom place in London’s East End. But when the seller found out it was from Leona, he upped the price by another £100,000.

The friend said: “She had her heart set on it. But the new price-tag was just too much and she had to back out.”

   Hi, Leona might be well off because of her deserved success, but that doesn’t give the seller of a property to put up the price of a property, just like that, because of this. An asking price is an asking price and they should have stuck to that. Leona’s voice is simply amazing! David

   Most sucessfull singers struggle at first with the money situation because they had to paid for the production and the publicity of the album.. and the thing with the house happens to a lot of celebrities.. that happen to david and victoria beckham too. But Leona is really talent and is on the way to become a superstar so when she record her next cd and do the tour she´s not going to have to worry about money for much long.
