Although Leona has now topped the charts across the world, the 22-year-old wasn’t able to buy a house that she really liked because the property is too expensive. A pal revealed how she recently put in a £500,000 offer for a three-bedroom place in London’s East End. But when the seller found out it was from Leona, he upped the price by another £100,000. Hi, Leona might be well off because of her deserved success, but that doesn’t give the seller of a property to put up the price of a property, just like that, because of this. An asking price is an asking price and they should have stuck to that. Leona’s voice is simply amazing! David
