The Script have agreed to write a track for Leona’s second album.
Frontman Danny O’Donoghue discussed the project with Leona when they met at the MTV Malaysian Music Awards recently.
O’Donoghue told the Daily Star: “She turned around to us and said, ‘I’m mad into your music’. We were like, ‘f***ing hell’, because I am like a superfan of hers. I know she came off a reality show and maybe it is not the most admirable thing to do but she is amazing.”

It looks like we might be in for a Christmas treat with a brand new Leona Lewis DVD. According to Amazon, a DVD called “Worlds of Leona Lewis” is set to be released on November 18. Other than the title and release date, there is no other information. I’m not even sure if it’s official, but lets hope so!

Leona is not designing a new fashion range for Topshop, despite recent reports stating otherwise.
The report in today’s Sun newspaper claimed that Leona was to meet the store’s founder, Sir Philip Green, to discuss a deal later this month.
But, speaking to Gigwise, a spokeswoman for Topshop has insisted that the paper’s claims are “unsubstantiated.â€

Leona has admitted she’s too shy to strip off for the camera.
Leona says she has no problem with celebrities baring all, but she doesn’t feel comfortable showing off her body.
‘I wouldn’t do that,’ she says. ‘I’m not against it, I just don’t have the confidence to stand there and be in a bra and knickers.’

 Leona Lewis has become a Goodwill Ambassador to Japan.
The British Council in Tokyo awarded chart star Leona the honorary title at a formal ceremony recently.
Leona, 23, was hailed for promoting UK creativity in Japan after her single “Bleeding Love” reached #1 there earlier this year.
She made her debut in Tokyo in May to showcase her album Spirit, to be released in Japan next month. She said: “I’m really honoured.”
