Simon Cowell and Clive Davis have announced that they will partner together in a first of a kind relationship to supervise over the song and producer selection for Leona Lewis’ hugely anticipated debut CD / album. It has been no secret of Davis’ interest in Leona after he signed her up to J records for $10 million dollars. “Leona is one of the most gifted singers I have ever come across and it is an honour to work alongside Clive,” stated Simon Cowell, American Idol judge and the creator and producer of The X Factor. |

I’m eagerly awaiting the release of Leona’s first album.
When I first heard her sing on X Factor - early on - the hair on the back of my neck stood up - and I got goosebumps all over. I knew she was going to win.
That voice is amazing and a total gift. I hope she remains grounded and surrounds herself with equally sensible people.

Will the album release be accompanied by a promotional tour in the States? UK fans got to see her live, but not here yet.

I think there’s no way that it wont come out this year.

Ive heard that Leonas single is out on the 28th october and her album is out on the 5th of November & is released in USA In January 2008
