Leona spoke highly of Beyonce when she was asked about her at last night’s Europe Music Awards.

“I’m a huge fan of Beyonce and it was amazing to perform on the same stage,” Leona told MTV. “She’s such a strong, powerful female, she’s got a strong presence in the music industry and she’s got great music.”

The awards took place in Berlin, Germany and Leona says of the city: “On the anniversary of the wall coming down it represents freedom and I think it’s great to be here to celebrate that.”
