If you saw todays X-factor, you would have seen that Simon is worried that Leona can’t win this years X Factor. Simon who last week described Leona’s performance “world class” has admitted that he has doubt that the public will vote for her as a female winner for the first time.

“There’s still something that bothers me because historically girls don’t win these competitions,” Cowell explained. “I’ve seen this happen before. When you vote for someone like Leona it’s like you’ve had a hand in her career. You’ve helped launch somebody who may do very well. Just as easily you can snuff it out.”

   Leona is a good singer..However, she will put may viewers off by copying Mariah Carey’s Vocal style and her singing technique lacks power.
   My advice is be yourself sing the songs differently. I doubt she will win X Factor unless she shakes off the Mariah Carey wannabe tag
