A lot of Americans have emailed me asking when Spirit is going to be released in the States, and the answer is April 8th.

Leona is currently back in the studio, recording two new songs specially for the US release — Forgive Me by singer/producer Akon and Misses Glass from producer/writers Madd Scientist and Rock City.

Additionally, Leona has re-recorded the video for Bleeding Love (as we saw in these pictures) and there is now a special version for the US. The video was shot by director Jessy Terrero and I’m hearing it’s not a remix of the song, just a new video. Phew. The video will premiere in early February.

I can’t wait for Leona to start promoting in America!
