After five long diva-less years, there’s a new crop of pop stars set to claim, not to mention redefine, the title. Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, Adele and Leona Lewis are slated to perform at this year’s VH1 Divas concert. The show, the first since 2004, will take place live on VH1 on September 17.

Lee Rolontz, assured fans in a statement that these girls are up to the task. “Adele, Kelly, Leona and Miley have all captured the world’s attention with their talent and have earned their designation as VH1 Divas this year. Don’t let some of their young ages fool you — these women are among the best entertainers in the world and will continue to thrill music fans for a long time to come.”
