Although Leona was snubbed by the Brit Awards people (tsk tsk), she is up for one award (due to it being based solely on record sales). She’s up for Best British Single for “Better in Time” and you can vote for her HERE.

Hopefully Leona wins at the 2009 Grammy Awards TONIGHT at 8pm on CBS [US]. The show airs tomorrow night (Monday) at 9pm on ITV1 here in the UK.

   I can’t believe it leona isn’t up for british female solo artist it’s just so surprising that even her own country hardly notices her.    I agree hilary clarkson, it’s not our fault that people don’t know what good music is.I really hope she wins the best british single leona deserves that award more than coldplay, duffy,girls aloud and scouting for girls. i think the person who will probably win it are coldplay or SCG.I don’t think girls aloud will win it but there could be a surprise, since cheryl has joined X FACTOR and made the band more popular!!!wel;l let’s just hope that leona will beat coldplay, SCG and girls aloud.GO LEONA!!!
